We'll come to your home and assess your strength, balance, endurance, home environment, mobile equipment, access to supplies and important items and rooms, review hospital discharge instructions and your exercise program with you and/or your caregiver, if applicable, and provide a written summary of our services with recommendations.

Exercise Program Support

No Fall Prevention Program being complete without an effective exercise program that addresses balance, endurance, strength, and flexibility, especially when recovering from a fall, injury, surgery, and/or hospital discharge, Senior Safety Program will support your loved one with his/her Physician-approved fitness goals- even if only temporarily, while you're on the mend.

According to Ready.gov, disasters – from earthquakes and storms to floods and droughts – kill approximately 40,000 to 50,000 people per year and because seniors and those who are disabled are more vulnerable, emergency preparedness for these individuals, including developing plans, having emergency kits, and understanding local risks, is all the more important and necessary.
