We are here to support Service Coordinators to support clients.
We support individuals with intellectual disabilities living in their family homes to design person-centered goals in a way that is respectful of their culture and tailored to meet their specific needs and enable them to live their dreams.
Our Team of Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals provide the following Coordinated Family Support Services:
General Safety Education: Home, Community Safety, Stranger Danger, Internet Safety, etc.
Service Coordination: Housing, Employment, Schools, Day Programs, Generic and Other Resources, etc.
Independent Living Skill-Building: Our rich curriculum includes Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Laundry, Money Management, Health Care, Moving Into A Home of Ones Own, and Much More
Self-Advocacy Training and Support
Employment Consulting: Job Readiness Training, Search, Support
Futures Planning: Caregiver Succession Plan, Information (Guardianship/Conservatorship, Special Trusts, Pre-Need Planning, etc.)
